SPECIAL NASHVILLE PERFORMANCE! - Justin
Thank you!
March 31, 2008 I'd like to thank everyone that was involved with a more then successful North Carolina tour. It takes a whole lot of people working together to get the job done and that's sure what we did. I don't know how many thousands of miles I drove through the state, but I enjoyed every one of them. From the Mountains in the West, to the coastlines of the East. Can't wait to come back. For those planning on visiting Nashville, TN during CMA Festival June 5-8, I'll be in the convention center at booth #218! See you there. - Justin March Madness is here...

Wow, there is so much stuff going on! I left this week to start my southeast tour and we're having a BLAST! Also we just added a show in Nashville, TN on Tuesday, March 11th at 6:00 PM at Douglas Corner. I'm really excited about this because I haven't performed in Music City since appearing on Nashville Star! If you are in the neighborhood, c'mon by! Please join me for my Nashville stop. Gotta run now, but you have a fantastic St. Paddy's Day and a Happy Easter, all in the same week! I hope that I see you out there on the road somewhere! - Justin New Videos

December 11, 2007 I want to wish everyone a happy and safe Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! See you all in 2008! - Justin ArtsMarket
November 19, 2007 One of the most exciting weeks of my professional career! I was involved with and performed at the 2007 ArtsMarket Conference in High Point, NC. It was three great days of meet and greets with buyers from the East Coast and talent from all over the world. Thank you to Stephen Barefoot for allowing me to be a part of it all. After the ArtsMarket conference the band and I packed up and made our way around North Carolina stopping at different performing arts venues and doing concerts. What a great week! I look foward to going back to North Carolina in Feruary and March of 2008!

Grand Ole Opry
July 28, 2007 I just played the Grand Ole Opry last weekend with Roy Clark. Even though this is something I've done before, this time was different. To my surprise Mr. Clark featured me by allowing me to do two different instrumentals. What a thrill it was to play in the circle on the Opry stage. It was a priceless experience.
Thanks, CMA Fest 2007
July 6, 2007 I had a great time at CMA Fest 2007. The Convention Center was completely sold out all four days. It's always nice to visit with the fans and hang out with fellow artists. I recently worked a great gig down in Lake Charles, LA at the opening of the Million Air, which is a private airport physicality. I was treated like royalty and even got to finish my evening off by listening to Merle Haggard's concert at a nearby casino. Thanks to all that helped set the event up.

June 6, 2007 CMA Music Fest 2007! Hey everybody, come see me at booth number 537 at the CMA Music Fest and in concert at On The Rocks 9:00 p.m. - 1530 Demonbreun St., Nashville, TN (No cover charge). - Justin New Videos
February 19, 2007 I had the great privilege of starting my New Year off by performing at Roy Clark’s 60th year in country music celebration and roast. It was two great evenings of fun and entertainment with a star studded cast of entertainers that included flying ace, Chuck Yeager and of coarse the whole Hee Haw Gang. The roast was filled with lots of humor and even I got a chance to poke a little fun at Roy, which was like walking on egg shells due to the fact that I still draw an occasional pay check from him. Ha! Congratulations Roy! What a great accomplishment. - Justin
Happy Thanksgiving
November 22, 2006 After a busy few weeks I finally returned home from Canada after performing with The Legends Of Country Music Tour. It was a fifteen show tour with Grand Ole Opry stars, Stonewall Jackson, Jean Sheppard, Johnny and Bobby Wright, Roy Clark and the "Queen Of Country Music" Kitty Wells. It was an honor for me to be on stage with these artists and witness first hand the music they recorded through the years which still captivates audiences all over the world. I hope you all a wonderful Thanksgiving. - Justin

I hope everyone enjoys the new site and again, thanks for the continued support. - Justin
Acoustic Music, Autograph Signings, Air Conditioning And A Flying Cowboy At The Wrangler Exhibit Hall
June 10, 2006 Air conditioning! That's the first thing that hits you as you enter the Wrangler Fan Fair (Exhibit Hall) in the Nashville Convention Center. The second thing you notice descending the escalator toward the Exhibit Hall is the sweet sounds of acoustic music drifting from the Acoustic Corner. At 11:00 Friday morning, singer-songwriter Justin David held a full house captivated in the Acoustic Corner - a cool spot in a very hot Festival. Friday was a busy day in the Wrangler Fan Fair with vendors' booths full of shoppers and long lines of patient autograph seekers forming along the wall. Among the artists were Trace Adkins, Jason Aldean, Bill Anderson, Lila McCann, Craig Morgan (nursing his injured foot and greeting fans from a wheelchair), David Lee Murphy, Michael Peterson (at the New Holland Tractors Booth), Pinmonkey and Two-Foot Fred, among others... A Justin Update!
April 3, 2006 Just wanted to drop everyone a note to let you know what all is going on. My project is finished and can be listened to in the music section of this site. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out; from the fiddles, guitars, and mandolins, which I grew up playing, to the B3-organ, which I grew up listening to my mother play in church. The lyrical content of the music comes from a place in my soul that's as if I had set down with the writers and explained what was going on in my life at the time. I hope you enjoy listening to this music as much as I enjoyed recording it. I have been working with Roy Clark on a few shows where he features my music and I'm still blown away with the response from the crowd. It is such a good feeling to be able to bring my music into the hometowns of those fans who supported me throughout Nashville Star, as well as the rest of my career. A few weeks ago I received a surprising phone call from Chris Cagles's office asking me to be a part of his band for his upcoming video "Wal-Mart Parking Lot", which will be on CMT and GAC in a few weeks. I played fiddle and really enjoyed the whole adrenaline filled experience of Chris's live show. A big thanks to Chris and his organization for letting me be a part of it. As always I want to end in thanking all of you for being so supportive. It always has a calming effect on me to know there are so many of you that want to stay tuned into my career. Thank you all! Justin David
Web Site Updates
We have four new cuts straight from the studio on the Media page! I've added some new photos and Justin's tour dates are growing as well. I've heard reports that the clips of the rest of Justin's Nashville star performances are not showing up for everyone on the Video page. I'm working on that and will have them reposted soon. A Note From Justin
January 6, 2006 Happy New Year to you all. If 2006 is anything like 2005 let's all hold on! I'm in the studio working on four new songs with Grammy winning producer Greg Archilla. It has been another great experience and we will be finishing the project in the next couple of weeks. This will allow me to get a little closer to that elusive record deal thatfinally seems to be at my finger tips. I will be making special appearances with legendary super-picker Roy Clark throughout 06' which will allow me to spread my music to a growing fan base.I want to thank everyone out there who has in anyway supported my passion of music. I can't wait to share even more of it with you. - Justin David
Quotes:
"Insanely talented, unpretentious, humble, cordial and warm — what else could you ask for in a rising star... solid, charismatic concert performances, dazzling musicianship, and a debut CD that all but demands radio play..."
- Sampson Independent, Sun., March 9, 2008
"I've been pickin' and entertaining for over fifty years and for the past seven years there has been a young man in my life that makes me feel good to be around not only as a person, but his musical talents make me feel good also. As far as his talents go, playing great fiddle and mandolin, and being a great singer, he is unequaled, and he is extremely dedicated to his music. I can testify that this is a great young talent. So, do yourself a favor and listen to Justin David."
- Roy Clark, Grammy, ACM, and CMA award winning musician and entertainer
"Every now and then young talent emerges on the scene. Justin David didn't emerge, HE EXPLODED. His voice and his musicianship will rise like cream to the top."
- Mickey Jones, musician (with Bob Dylan, The New Christy Minstrels, The First Edition) and actor (Home Improvement, Sling Blade, Tin Cup, Out on a Limb)
"I have seen Justin David perform many times, both as a member of Roy Clark's band and doing his own show. I was thoroughly impressed and entertained as Justin has everything today's audience demands. His expertise and talent as a musician is outstanding, his voice is unique, plus, he has the looks and personality on stage that will get your attention... and keep it. In my opinion he has all the qualifications to be a top recording artist and entertainer."
- Jan Howard, Grand Ole Opry
"The legendary saxophone headliner, Boots Randolph (Yackety Sax), first told me of Justin David. 'This guy has it all, a really good-looking, modest, vocalist with his head on straight, plays excellent guitar, can handle his audiences, and already has a mammoth following. I saw him in Nashville and as soon as he hit the stage and smiled, I thought... holy cow, this kid could be the next Elvis!' So says Boots Randolph, and while his remarks are paraphrased, I think you get the picture. Some time after Boot's endorsement, I worked with Justin and I definitely agree with Boots. He's a dynamite, entertaining, performer. With brains. And so was Elvis Presley.
- Woody Woodbury, Comedian/Entertainer
"Cartoon's Oyster Bar & Grill has been voted Springfield, Missouri's Best Venue for Live Music for the past seven years. To accomplish such a milestone we have to put on the best local, regional and national shows, and Justin David has been an integral part of our accomplishments. He brings crowds from miles away, and Justin not only is one of the best performers we have ever hosted, he is one of the most likeable, genuine people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Justin David is truly a rising star, and we are pleased to call him a friend." - Steve Crawford, Owner, Cartoon's Oyster Bar & Grill |
